I have had a look at the various factors that sometimes willingly or unwillingly, cause companies & organisations to Take on #Change

The company ’ecosystem’ gets directly affected by any change initiated within the organisation.
So, how & when is it most fruitful to apply & start a Journey in what I & DuOptimal AB call ’The Ecosystem of Change’?

Both categories, negative & positive, always require different Change Management-Leadership… regardless of what is to be changed (& IMPROVED)!
